Viehättävä äskettäin uusittu koti, jossa on runsaasti hahmoja aivan West Perthin sydämessä ja hetkiä Perthin keskustasta. Talo sopii erinomaisesti kaikille, jotka vierailevat Perthissä, jotka haluavat olla lähellä kaupunkia ja sisäkaupungin lähiöitä, mutta haluavat myös rauhallisen naapuruston.

Talossa on neljä makuuhuonetta, joissa on yksi king size-vuode, yksi queen-size-vuode, parivuode ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka tarjoavat paljon joustavuutta sekä pienemmille ryhmille perushintaan ja paljon suurempia ryhmiä hieman korkeammalla henkilöhintaan.

Talo on 1 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Perthin kauniilta Kings Parkilta ja tarjoaa helpon pääsyn muulle Perthille moottoritiellä, joka on vain 4 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Talo sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Perthin matkoille, ja pääset helposti Subiacon, Leedervillen ja Pethin CBD: n kanssa, jotka ovat hetkiä useilta Hay Streetin kahviloista ja ruokapaikoista. Autolla talo on 3 minuuttia kaupungin, 3 minuuttia Subiaco, 8 minuuttia University it WA ja 6 minuuttia Sir Charles Gardiner sairaalaan ja King Edward Memorial Hospital.

Opposite Kings Park which was a bonus. On Green & Purple Cat free bus routes. Old Federation style house. Beds very comfortable Basic facilities and very narrow staircase to upstairs bedrooms.

Our stay at the cottage was so appealing so clean furnished to suit the era and peaceful .Quite a few cuppas were enjoyed on the front verandah and in the beaut back yard.books to page through revived some pleasant memories of Perth and to meet P eter was very special with more memories..We thank you and love the cottage and it,s atmosphere, very special indeed. I didn’t feel comfortable in the house, it does need alot of work to make it in a state to rent out and there was a lot of disruption day and night on the street which was literally 2 meters outside the bedroom windows.

this was a perfect stay, I had my doggy with me which was also very accommodating and convenient. The location is perfect for strolls and eating out, with city views down the road at kings park and as well as all the above the hosts are amazing to talk to and get back to you in a short time. Really enjoyed my time here and the hosts made it extra comfortable

Great stay with our dogs although we were worried about the backyard when we got there as it is surrounded by car parks, has no covered area for shade and the fence is quite low. Would be good to have photos of backyard online so pet owners know what to expect. House was a little dusty but otherwise very well appointed, cute and characterful and the hosts left nice touches (milk, chocolate, flowers). Bed was very comfy and the weekend days were peaceful and quiet, only 1 min walk to kings park. Hosts were great to deal with.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable character home, with its sunshine-flooded back yard, roses out the front, a practical kitchen, and good internet. King’s Park is very close, so it’s very peaceful, with lots of birds and trees in the area. The owners were really helpful, and quick to respond to any queries.

I love how this lovely old house has survived the office development of the area. Such a great location for family to enjoy Perth . We loved the walk to kings park across the road for a coffee with the dog. With the Cat busses to our door, exploring Perth was cheap and easy - Country teen able to safely make their own way in and around Perth and back. Host very friendly and accommodating. Thank you

We had 4 ladies who enjoyed being able to have our own bedroom. The place was exactly what we needed. Although the kitchen dining was small we managed well as we only had breakfast there. CAT buses are amazingly close and convenient. Linen was exceptional and we all loved our beds, very comfortable, big bedrooms. Bathroom great as well. Only downside got a little on the cool side one night. Great spot to stay. Kathy

This 'cosy little charmer' suited our needs quite comfortably ! It couldn't be closer to the 'Free Cat' Transport, a stones throw from Subi or the City and King's park on your doorstep to walk the dogs. We'll be back !

A lovely old cottage , very clean and comfortable and very well appointed . The owners take great pains to make sure everything is right for a pleasant stay. Nicely situated in a good part of West Perth and reasonably quiet , and just a stones throw from Kings Park .

Lovely old cottage - close to Hollywood Hospital, SJOG Hospital Subiaco & SCGH - also close to Subiaco for shopping & dining out - easy to get into Perth on Train or Green Cat which stops virtually straight outside house. The only down side was the kitchen a bit small - but good excuse to eat out!

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It is comfortable & has everything we needed for a great stay. Our children loved sleeping upstairs. The house is in a great location, the Green CAT bus stops right outside & Kings Park is a short walk. There are cafes & shops a short walk away. We would definately stay here again.

We had a really great time at the cottage! Communication from the owner was great, house was tidy and the 'welcome' hummus was greatly appreciated. Close to everything you need, I would definitely stay again.
