The Scarborough Laneway Retreat is your ultimate beachside family escape! Our spacious 4-bedroom house is designed to provide the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, just 2.5 km from the stunning Scarborough Beach.

Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen features a large fridge, coffee machine, and everything you need for gourmet meals. Relax and indulge in our large bath for a spa-like hotel experience.

The Scarborough Laneway Retreat is a brand new freshly built home. It is a large 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 4 toilet home with spacious living for the whole family to enjoy!

We strictly do not accept partying or loud socialising at this house. If you break any of the rules you will be firmly asked to leave the premises.

We strongly cater to family's with kids. We have kids toys, books, highchair, toilet potty, and more to entertain the kids during your stay.

Guest will have full access of the house. The beds will be set with towels and face washes to suit the about of people booked.

If you wish to require more towels or linen, you may contact the host and they will be able to arrange more. A small cost will be required for this request.

You can contact the host at any time. I live just around the corner and can assist with anything you may need throughout your stay.

There are other houses all built around the property and you must be mindful of other neighbour's at all times.
