Within walking distance to free bus (red and yellow CAT) to CBD and a train station, reasonably quiet when the sliding door is closed, lots of good cafes nearby though most were closed during the Christmas-NY period. Didn't hear many noise from other rooms during my week-long stay until the weekend, fair bit of door slams from Fri to Sun.

I was surprised by the facilities and equipment inside the apartment. It has everything you need for your family to have a short stay. The receptionists are quite friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it for the family.

Good security deposit refund process disappointing
Great quality room. A/C and bathroom was nice and balcony Disappointed that the security deposit has not been refunded after 7 days, it has been 2 weeks. I left the room in great condition and followed all rules. The front desk staff did not communicate with me the process off getting the security deposit back. I will now have to call the hotel and chase it up. Overall I enjoyed the time spent there.

Unlike a payment to your account, A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold on funds and may appear on your statement as “ Pending transaction or Authorisation Only.When you check out from the hotel, the pre-authorisation is dropped automatically. However, the banking process could take up to 5-10 business days, depending on who you are banking with.Thank you again, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Wow! Be careful here. The pay later option is a joke. They won’t payment 24hrs ahead of booking, even if you still have time to cancel free of charge. They than sting you more money for parking without telling you and finally, take a bond out (still unsure why as no other Sebel on East coast does this unless there is a mini bar) and than on check continue to hold money for 10 business days. Feel like the are cashing in on the FIFO pay checks

Before the guest arrives at the hotel, a generic pre-arrival email is sent out to the guest explaining the car parking cost. Most hotel in the city doesn't provide free car parking. Pre-authorisation on the card is standard procedure when staying at the hotel, and the banking process time depends on the bank. We stayed here for a long weekend; nicely-appointed clean rooms, staff were excellent; restaurants and convenience stores within close walking distance. The apartments were relatively close to airport and easy drive to Perth and surrounds.
