”Our big group of 22 had an amazing time at this property on New Year's Eve! Everything listed in the description was accounted for, the house was clean when we showed up, and there was more than enough room for parking. Sali was also great with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay if we had any questions. The only thing we were unaware of was the house uses well water so there is a bit of a lingering smell. Other than that, this is a great property for a large gathering of...

”Lovely home in neighborhood close to all shopping. This property has 4 complete bedrooms which includes one in the basement. There is a double futon as well in the dining room, but not a 5th bedroom. The home has been recently renovated and a game room is under construction. Kitchen is sparsely equipped if you are planning to cook family meals. The hot tub in the patio picture is not functional and it is not listed as an amenity but the picture is a little misleading. ”We felt like we were home. Loved all the helpful frames information around the home. Very spacious, bright and clean. Communication with our hosts were always prompt. Willing to accommodate any of our needs or wishes. House is located centrally and easy to travel to any of the towns near by. We will definitely be looking toward in rebooking in the future.”

”little trouble with communication to check in (part my fault) the basement suite has recently been refinished with new appliances etc. 2 nice large bedrooms. The floor from above is kind of squeaky but the people upstairs where very quiet. Location was great easy walk to downtown theatres Jobsite brewery (great place) overall would stay again. would give it 4 out of 5”

The kitchen and bathroom are thoughtfully and generously stocked. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed walking the path and discovering hidden picnic spots. ”We had an amazing time in Parkhill and the surrounding area. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, an ice cream shop, and LCBO. Our dog absolutely fell in love with the enclosed yard, choosing to spend much of his getaway quietly watching the neighborhood. It is clear the hosts put love into this property. The space was inviting and decorated beautifully. We would love to come stay again!”

”Every year, as a group of friends we meet in different locations. one of the biggest complaints of attendees is that there's not enough beds to sleep in. This year we found this location. Plenty of space inside and out. Isolation away from other houses and properties and enough beds to go around. We would definetly look to return to this location again. Thanks for hosting!”

”Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town.
