”The hotel was super as usual.
The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave.
I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control.
Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too.
Staff were professional and helpful.”

”This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Scotland. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, rooms and common areas so beautifully designed, and is walking distance to the downtown. A plus was the gorgeous garden to hang out and have a glass of wine. We’ll definitely be back.”

”Beautiful hotel, nice and comfortable room. Surroundings are beautiful. There was loud noise coming from kitchen's ventilation or something like that late in the evening and early in the morning. Otherwise room was quiet.
Front desk service was really great and welcoming. Service in the restaurant was quite lousy. Our waitress first brought the butter and bread maybe 10-15 minutes later. Drinks she forgot to ask and another waitress ask them just before we got our food. The restaurant wasn't...
