”House has so much character and charm and the property is just beautiful and well kept! The property owners were very nice with all my questions and replied so quickly! ”

”The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. Hood vent all need scrubbed of debris and grease. Walls in general need wiped down. Some deep clean in master shower for mildew and mold. Nothing too egregious. But at this price point itNeeds more than change of sheets and a wipe down of kitchen and bath. ”
