”Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

”Room was spotlight and cane with full complement of climate control devices. Very pleasant, helpful staff. That said "reataurant" should not be referred to as such.”

”Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could.”

Työntekjät hyvin omistautuneita ja avuliaita. Hotellilla voi täyttää ilmaseksi oman vesipullon, ja joka ilta huoneeseen tuodaan n. klo 7 kupilliset teetä termoksessa ja kuumavesipullot lämmikeeksi kylmiä iltoja varten. ”

”Casa Andina oli täydellinen paikka! Respassa puhuttiin hyvää englantia ja teetä oli tarjolla (jos ei ollut niin tuotiin huoneeseen) suihkussa oli mahtava paine ja lämmintä vettä tuli helposti. Voin täydestä sydämestäni suositella kyseistä hotellia!”

”Truly smooth and perfect experience! clean, quiet updated eco friendly rooms. It has an artistic style with all the natural elements in design. Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything....
