”First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. ”What a great place to stay! The staff was amazing and maintained our room daily ( clean towels and bed sheets). Bed was very comfortable, slept great . Parking on site and pet friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Is walking distance to downtown Petaluma. Will definitely stay here again; highly recommend!!! Thank you for a great stay!!”

”First time staying here and we loved it!! We needed the shower that had the chair in it and my husband loved it. The room was spacious and since it was a suite it came with the fridge, other kitchen items also but we didn’t use them. If only we could have stayed longer. The girls at the front desk were so nice. ”We had a good experience overall and would consider staying here again, but there were a few things we wish we’d known ahead of time.
