We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. The rooms were truly beautiful and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety. The beach was lovely, but regarding the rental of two sun loungers and an umbrella-at $ 21 each- I thought it would be included in the package.

Staff was friendly, room was clean when I got it. However the lack of regular cleaning service is not ideal. Room only gets cleaned every three days and only if you ask. There's no food on the premise so you'll have to buy outside of the property.
