The Space:

Shack Saison comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Located in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, just minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix, Baie-Saint-Paul, and the St. Lawrence River, it's the perfect home base for exploring the region year-round.

Layout



The chalet is thoughtfully designed over multiple levels, providing both comfort and privacy for everyone.



On the main floor, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bright open-concept living area featuring the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area.



The mezzanine is an open area featuring a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed.



The garden level includes a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a game room complete with a pool table and foosball table.



Two additional twin beds are located in the family room. Able to accommodate up to 2 additional children if needed. Please contact us for approval if you wish to exceed the maximum number of guests.



Radiant heated floors on the garden level provide added comfort during the cooler months.

*****Please note before booking:** The driveway is quite steep and may be more difficult to access during the winter. The chalet has several flights of stairs and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The main entrance is also accessed via outdoor stone steps, which may become slippery in rain, snow, or icy conditions.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire chalet and all outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, decks, parking area, EV charging station, and all living spaces.



Only locked storage areas reserved for the maintenance team are inaccessible.

• The chalet is located on a sloped lot. The driveway is steep and may be more challenging to access during the winter months.

• The property includes several indoor and outdoor staircases and is therefore not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

• The exterior stone staircase may become slippery depending on weather conditions.

• Please be respectful of the neighbors, keep outdoor noise to a minimum in the evenings, and take good care of the property during your stay.

• Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.
