What a cool place to stay! The host was very nice and quickly responds to any questions. They had a bunch of snacks, coffees, teas, etc and said we could help ourselves which felt very welcoming. The beds were all very comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were nice and clean and had plenty of towels for us. They had started decorating for Christmas which was great to see because the style was amazing. We stayed in the beginning of November so hard to say what the other seasons are like, but definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Petoskey. The view from the living room was stunning.

Balcony view was lovely from inside, noisy from traffic outside. Michael was a responsive host. Kitchen had everything you could need. There are a lot of decorations and they are dusty.. The technology we found impossible and you aren’t allowed to unplug anything because it’s on some system. We were ages 65 and older. There are stairs to the bathrooms from 2 of the bedrooms. The toilets are low. There are no hand bars. The main stairs are steep. Furniture isn’t particularly comfortable. The mattresses were excellent.

This was a beautiful condo. Very high quality items, decorated very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great time a few things that were concerning were the lights had to be turned off via the TV remote which we were all older and laughed as we tried to turn them off and on, but a few lights stayed on and with the windows not shades, you felt like anyone outside could see you. When sitting on the deck it was loud but we knew that it would be as its right next to the road but you cant hear anything inside. Good Windows!!If you have small kids, i would not recommend this place for them as said before very fragile items, sheets, towels, etc. that could get ruined. Michael is the owner and very nice and helpful. The only thing that was upsetting was he stated we broke a glass after we left, we didn't as I would have totally paid for it and I told him but it was broken when we got there and in the middle of getting in and settled I didn't send him a picture or email. (which I deeply regret) He also said we damaged his desk with our Computer Monitor. I don't know if that happen as well but it could have. He asked for compensation. But I was smart enough to buy Damage Insurance, this is a good example of why to spend 89 on the insurance.

Best Last-Minute Stay Ever – Incredible Views & Thoughtful Host! We were so lucky to find this place last-minute when it seemed like everywhere else was booked. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel completely at home. The space inside was huge and open — you could see everything from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room in one big, welcoming space. It felt so comfortable and homey.The balcony was my absolute favorite spot — you get both a bay view and a sunset view, and it’s the kind of scenery you just can’t stop staring at. There’s even the cutest little cookie shop right downstairs, which became an instant stop for us. The host surprised us with a chilled bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed out on the balcony as the sun went down.They truly went above and beyond. Even though we were only staying for one night, they let us bring our dog and even set out the cutest dog bed I’ve ever seen. The kitchen was already stocked with thoughtful touches: fresh orange juice, fresh milk, brand-new cereal, and a pantry full of essentials. There was even a computer monitor for us to use. Honestly, for what we paid, I don’t know how the host made any money — they could easily charge more for this level of comfort and service.Everything was provided, down to the amazing-smelling soap in the bathroom that we’re still curious about. It’s those kinds of details — the ones you don’t expect — that make a stay unforgettable. Worth every penny!!

Take Pictures Before You Leave

The condo was clean and taken care of with some nice amenities. Although we didn't report it, the AC was not working properly, but the fans helped. The back deck was nice, but noisy due to the property being located on a very busy road.I have been in numerous VRBO properties and never had an issue. After we left this property, we stayed for a week at another property and the host rated us as a 5-star guest. For this property, we stayed two nights and the host made some exaggerated and inaccurate claims about how we left the property. He shared some pictures showing damage we did not make.The host accused my family of using 25 towels during a stay of less than 48 hours. There were 5 adults and 3 children. However, when we arrived, there were towels in the dryer and washer, which we put in the laundry bin, so he assumed we used all of them. We shared that with the host, but it didn't matter.If you decide to stay here, I would suggest you take pictures of every room before you leave.

A Northern Michigan Gem

This condo is centrally located to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs, MI. Great dining, shopping and golf. It was always pleasant to return from an adventure to a warm, welcoming condo. Fully stocked with breakfast foods, cereals, granola, power bars. All kitchen utensils were there for our use, pots and pans. Very clean throughout. Just a pleasure to stay there for a week.

The most amazing New Year stay

This property was insane! Pictures do not do the justice. It was so spacious and beautiful. Absolutely everything in the apartment was thought out. Host also provided a bunch of extra stuff and even little gifts that waited for us on the counter in the kitchen. Location was amazing since we tried staying in between 2 ski resorts (Boyne and The Highlands) 25 min to each. Everything was on a different level! My family is still in awe of this place. The view out of the balcony was so pretty too. Lake Michigan seemed like a sea. Apartment was also decorated for Christmas/New Year, and it was just the best. We are definitely using some of these ideas for our place next year. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING was so comfortable and perfect. Our host Michael was so wonderful and responded very quickly to any questions/requests that we had. He even let us rent a movie on a TV and didn’t charge us for it. We’d love to stay again in the future it was the best stay that we ever had!!!

Short but Sweet

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view! We were in town for just one night for a wedding and this was like a home away from home. We were able to bring our dog and he loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view! Michael was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and he made check in super easy and convenient. The condo was clean and beautiful and well stocked. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and beautiful candles and even some treats for our dog! It was a quick one night stay but very enjoyable!
