We keep an allergen free house for our cleaning crew and future renters. Please abide by our no pet policy.

Completely remodeled cute and cozy farm house. Sleeps 4 (2 queen beds). Sleeps 6 if you want to bring an air mattress.

Only a 7 minute drive to Petoskey and all of its amenities. The best sunsets in the USA!
SkyBridge Michigan at Boyne Mountain is only a 10 mile drive.
Walloon Lake public boat launch is a 2 minute drive. There’s also a public beach area at the boat launch to swim/picnic.

Winter fun also as you may snowmobile from the farmhouse driveway to the trail system within 2 miles. Local trail maps available online and at local gas stations.

Great skiing or golf with only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain Resort or 20 minute drive to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob Ski Hill

Quaint setting. Farm views. Wild birds during the day and cricket sounds at night. Enjoy some peace and quiet outside of the city.

The farm house sits on an acre of land. Plenty of privacy. You may see and hear wild birds, rabbits, fox and deer in the large farm fields behind our property. You may even hear coyotes in the far distance (we’ve never seen them at the house). Long driveway with plenty of parking.

All linens and towels will be provided. Fully furnished kitchen. Gas grill outdoors. Just bring your own food and drinks and fun!

High speed Internet. Streaming Roku tv with multiple channels.

Air conditioners available for use in the house in the summer.

What a lovely location. It was perfect for our needs. I would give a 5 star review except that the water pressure was so low that showers were close to non existent. If the water hadn’t been as hot as it was showers would have been all but impossible. It definitely needs to be addressed to make this a 5 star stay.

Absolutly beautiful location. Away from the chaos but close to all the beutiful places to explore in Petoskey. Very clean and the owner was super easy to communicate with. My 1 year old locked us out of the bathroom (he locked it and closed it) was not trapped in there and he was there in 15 minutes to let us back in, no questions asked. Would deffinitly stay there again.

Nice property. All the rooms are small. Private and secluded. Easy access to Boyne and Petoskey. Well appointed kitchen, less than adequate water pressure, dining table only tall stools with no backs. Table not comfortable for anyone young or old.

Up North
We stayed here for a couple of days before meeting up with the rest of our family for the 4th of July. Great location to get to Petoskey, HS, and Charlevoix. Love the curb appeal. The upstairs air conditioner dripped on the lower and made a constant drip sound. We put a brick on the bottom air conditioner and all is well. Would stay again.

Quick ski trip
We planned to stay 3 nights but only stayed one due to uncooperative weather. The place is done really cute. The kitchen is nice, bathroom is small. It was a nice place for our little family. Not much privacy. Upstairs bedroom is in the eaves, not good for anyone sensitive to small spaces. Hosts were super nice and very responsive. Fire pit and yard were very appealing. Recommend for small groups that travel well together.

Everything was fine until we tried to turn on the heat in the living room. A serviceman came out Fri evening (late for our schedule) & another serviceman came out Sat morning to finally get the pilot light lit & the wall heater unit working. It was a chilly evening for us & using the portable room heaters was somewhat anxiety provoking. I wondered if the heater had even been checked for proper functioning prior to our stay. Kind of disappointing.

The cozy cottage is exactly as described. It’s a lovely piece of property, in a very convenient location right off 31; but quiet & pretty. Beds very comfortable, kitchen is well thought out for meal prep & dining ; we only used the coffee machine as we were in town for a wedding. Quick stay but great for our needs
