”We were arriving late so no idea where we can park the car and so I called to staff and they were very helpful. Unfortunately their parking space was full but they gave directions where to park. Also when we arrived the guy (unfortunately cant remember his name) at the reception were really friendly and nice. Accommodation is in a good place to walk around the city.”

”Our stay had both positive aspects and some areas that could benefit from improvement. The bathroom was a highlight of the room—spacious, clean, and equipped with an excellent shower. The room itself was clean and offered adequate space for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of central air conditioning was disappointing. A portable air conditioning unit was provided, but it emitted an unpleasant odor when operating and was quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s...

”Great location; I had a view of the Cathedral and central Piazza from my room. Very walkable to all of the main sites. Lots of restaurant choices. Only downside was the glass recycling (not controlled by hotel) that came each morning at around 7:00 am; thankfully that only took about 5 minutes and then the vehicle was gone and things were very quiet again after that. The tradeoff of the location was well worth that minor inconvenience.”
