Good hotel with awful attitude
This would have been just then best stay ever. BUT! Hotel had planned big corporate pool-party to the same evening. It meant, that regular guest were handled just like unneeded garbage. because important corporate guest needed much better care. regular guest was kicked out from the pool area, regular guest could not even get a cup of coffee in restaurant. and regular guest had to listen really bad covers from 80-s all evening from really bad local band. Hotel windows and walls were just too weak to protect from noise pollution. I would compare it to mental hospital. Very noisy and all furniture was taken to the entrance of the hotel so it was bit funny to find out the way to get to my room. I really asked to take the volume down and even wanted to call to local police to shut this thing off. as I needed to wake up quite early (as many others-this place is superb for those who leave by plane in the morning), I think they stopped the party right before midnight, but it was too late to have proper sleep. Terrible! Want my money back!

Todella siisti hotelli. Isot allasalueet ja kaikenpuolin todella siisti hotelli. Aamupalasta emme päässyt nauttimaan, koska piti lähteä hotellilta sen verran aikaisin. Hotellissa on iso oma parkkipaikka joka sisältyi hotellin hintaan.

Hinta-laatusuhde hotellissa oli loistava. Pienenä miinuksena oli kielitaidon puute sekä kylmä aamukahvi, johon emme saaneet parannusta. Huone oli ihana, kaunis ja uudenkarhea. Kylpyhuone oli myös hieno ja toimiva, tosin siisteydessä oli pieni toivomisen vara (esim. hanat, allas ja juomalasi olivat likaiset). Petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat laadukkaat, sänky mukava.

This is a modern, stylish hotel just a five minute drive from Skopje airport. Everything is new and clean, and there is a nice restaurant and bar on site. A free airport shuttle is available at any time. The only thing to be aware of is the bathroom in the room is all glass, as in, there is no privacy no matter what you are doing in there, so if you're traveling with someone just be sure that modesty is not an issue.

Beautiful hotel for an overnight stop over.
Excellent hotel near to the airport, very comfortable and offering a bit of luxury. The pools and sunloungers were great and the restaurant and bar were lovely to look at but were let down by the poor kitchen service. We waited an hour for a basic chicken dish and tables around the pool had glasses not collected. The larger of the pools looked a little bit dirty in the shallow end of the pool , the smaller pool was fine . The hotel did offer nice little touches such as breakfast included and an airport transfer and the room and the balcony were spacious and very clean. Overall a lovely hotel .

First, when I called for the shuttle, I was admonished for not setting it up in advance. When I got to the hotel, I was placed in a room on 3rd floor with no elevator. They have an elevator but not in the building I was in. My room’s thermostat did not work - the phone didn’t work - the outlet was hanging out of the wall - I had to ask for water. Glad I only stayed one night - and despite the fact I paid in advance I got a bill charged to an unknown credit card for $100 in MKD. I wouldn’t go there again.

Great service and nice hotel
We only stayed in the hotel for 8hrs due to a very late flight, so we didn't get to experience the full range of amenities that the hotel offers sadly. The breakfast was very nice and it was also great that it could be eaten outside, especially on a nice sunny day like my visit was! The room was decorated nicely and it was a quiet room. The swimming pool was big and the surrounding furniture was nice - this was one of the things I didn't get to experience during my very short stay and wish I had been able to! The other positive I would like to add is that the hotel staff were very helpful. We organised a transfer through the hotel and messages were answered quickly, the transfer was prompt and helpful and when we arrived at the hotel just before 3am from our late flight, we were really thirsty and the lady working on reception personally came to our room to check we had received a complimentary bottle of water, which was great!

Especially for the travellers whose have a closer flight. Because hotel is very closer to the airport and they have free transfer. It was quite clean and all the people at hotel had smiling faces. They were really helpful. Bun, unfortunately there is no slippers in the room and there is only one towel.

Fantastiskt hotell på många sätt, men… Restaurangens service var under all kritik. Personalen bara gick förbi helt nonchalant och gav gästerna ingen som helst uppmärksamhet. Satt och väntade 25-30 minuter på att få meny och då hade personalen ändå gått förbi 10 gånger. Vinkade på personalen, fortsatt nonchalant.

The hotel is a few minutes from the airport and is perfect for when you are flying home. We had booked two double rooms but one room was upgraded to a junior suite. The room only had towels for one person so we had to ask for more. After our first day, the room was not cleaned when we returned. I asked for new towels and shower gel and it took over 3 hours before it got to the room. The hotel is non-smoking but the staff smokes outdoors and the doors to the hotel are open so the lobby smells smoke. The breakfast buffet was small but good. The restaurant had good food. The pool is nice and there is a good selection of sun loungers.

Relaxing hotel with class
Hotel stay was great. It’s the closet hotel to the airport with a shuttle service. The patio and pool layout is gorgeous. The hotel room was super clean and fantastic. The food was good at a fair price. Food Service was excellent. All the staff members spoke excellent English.

Nice airport hotel. Certainly 4 star in service and facilities. It has a nice large pool, restaurant with classy dishes. Though it is in a quite poor environment which is to be expected near an airport. The hotel creates a nice bubble in the area to remove any aircraft noise and poor neighbourhood. We only got three towels for two persons so we had to ask for another one. At the reception and restaurant some people can speak english, but not the cleaners. Great hotel for one or two night stay.

Stay here if you want to be close to the airport
I stayed at this hotel because I had a 24h layover in Skopje and the hotel is located really close to the airport. Their free airport shuttle is great and of course makes it super easy to get there. The woman who checked me in was lovely and gave great service. Their driver can also help you get into town if you’d like, the cost for that was €30 one way. Overall the hotel was beautiful, looked completely new and I’d definitely recommend people to stay there.
