”We had an amazing visit to South Villa Guesthouse. Christa and Hentie went above and beyond to make our stay special. So many special little touches. They truly love the area and gave us a great recommendation for dinner as well. So pleasant speaking with them. We felt like we were staying in their home. ”The Trip was absolutely amazing. The Accomodation was neat and clean and more than what we Expected. Prior to arrival, Andre the owner contacted us with detail incase they would not be available. ”Nice hotel just by the Knysna lagoon and waterfront. Big heated pool, clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed 3 nights (parents and son). It is a great location to make daytrips around Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Excellent restaurants near the hotel. ”

”Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. We had dinner in Zinzi and thoroughly enjoyed it and the breakfast was very good.

”One on bollard is a perfect vacation getaway. The hosts are most welcoming, the rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is beyond delicious. Everything is home made starting from the butter and bread. They also serve a special of the day which is a creative sweet or savory dish. Leisure Island as a destination is a must in South Africa due its beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere. I can highly recommend!”

”Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants.
