”Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying).”

”For the price, we expected to be staying at a decent hotel. The photos made it look clean, comfortable, and much nicer than it actually was. Two days before we arrived, the hotel called to say our room had been double-booked and that we would have to move to an apartment at an unknown location. We declined and told them they needed to sort it out, since that was not what we had booked or paid for. When we arrived at night, the parking area was filled with cigarette and cannabis smoke. ”Loved this place was great that there was a bar you could go to in the motel and had slot machines which was amazing not something our hotels have back at home so it was a nice touch and very clean rooms. The parking is limited so just keep that in mind you might not have a parking spot right in front of your door but I highly recommend”

”We only stayed one night in the Trinity suite. It was accessible from the outside also as well as the inside. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. It has kind of an odd layout, but doable for one night but not for longer I feel. The breakfast at a communal table. The next morning was very nice, meeting like-minded travelers. I would recommend the Trinity suite for one night maybe two at most. However, everything was wonderful, just not a long-term lodging.”

”Location is convenient for convention delegates, close to St. John’s Convention Centre. Rooms are spacious with plentiful of storage. Not too many restaurants nearby, but Water Street is within easy walking distance.”

”The hall ways and stair wells smell of smoke. The carpets are old and dingy. Need an upgrade maybe that will get rid of the smell of smoke. Not got insulation between rooms you can hear the other guests if in the room next to you.”
