”We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Knotty Cabin. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and fresh everything was, and the charming decor gave the space a cozy feel. The detailed directions to the designated parking area were spot-on and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the couches were just as relaxing. We’re already looking forward to coming back!”

”The property was like staying at a 5 star resort . Owner and caretaker Steve catered to us in every way . Steve and Peggy took us on a sunset cruise which was fantastic . Then set up a karaoke night for all of us and wow can he sing !!! Peggy is a beautiful lady and you can tell how much she cares about every little detail Her decorating skills are fabulous! ”We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition, and were blown away by this place! The view is beautiful, the balcony is huge. Every room has a tv, they left games, card games, legos. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment, and they leave Tide there to use. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The bedrooms, and bed are large and comfy. The room with the smaller bed has a bed under it that just rolls out! The pool is on the small side - but it was warm...

”The house was nicely done and is surrounded by the Hot Springs National Forest . There is a trailhead less than a quarter mile from the house so we hiked with our dog in the morning and enjoyed the natural beauty in the area for the rest of the day. ”Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. ”

”We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.”

”This property was perfect for our large family of 28. A few people were not able to make it in the end, but it would have accommodated all of us with ease.
