”Room is especially comfortable and well-appointed. Staff I’ve met are all friendly, caring, and approachable. Parking is effortless. Common areas are very clean and tidy, helping to showcase all the various amenities, big and small. You would be hard-pressed to find faults here.”

”Great room and love the lobby. Staff was excellent. Only complaint was the price of drinks at the bar. Way to expensive for the size drink you get. Will be back to stay, but will not be going to the bar. Breakfast was ok but Lucy was fantastic. ”

”The staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. Although i wish i never booked thru Expedia, due to an emergency I had to cancel my last night there, and the hotel said they would have refunded me if I had went through the hotel to book, but since i went through Expedia. They couldn't and now Expedia won't refund me just last night there again. It was an emergency. I will never ever book through expedia again. ”

”This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The room was very spacious, beds and sofa were comfy. Plenty of blankets, bedding, and towels. There were still things that could’ve been better; hot tub was off limits (but we didn’t use the pool or hot tub anyway), no razors at front desk (after I realized I forgot mine and my daughter’s), some plug/usb didn’t work (but there were so many in the room it didn’t really matter much), and the room was either too hot or the a/c would kick in...

While the new esspresso machines in rooms are nice/high end, there was no option (regular coffee pot or microwave) to heat water for the tea and oatmeal I had packed (since I am not a coffee drinker or early riser). Only a coffee option in the lobby, as well. They do have a nice little coffee shop down the street called Blue Collar, however. i.d. restaurant and bar in hotel was wonderful. Darker, more intimate vibe with cool decor. Food and drinks were great. Lead...

”This location is one of the most beautiful I have ever encountered! Jon is friendly, professional, engaging, nice, and took great care of us! The shower is huge, room very clean! I wish there was no carpet but other than that, beautifully decorated, clean, hip, and just makes sense!”

”I had two nights of great sleep. Some of the restaurants in the strip mall are rather difficult to walk to. Chik-Fil-A was a bit of a challenge. Then when I was leaving I looked up and saw the car wash, but finally realized that what looked like an easy hike was going to require retracing my path through busy parking lots, back onto the sidewalk and the road when it petered back.”
