”You cannot beat where this cottage is located! Walking downtown Franklin is pretty easy and the cottage is no more than about a 15 minute walk from everything.Size is perfect and very well laid out. You have plenty of space and do not feel crowded while it is cozy and inviting! The bed is awesome and very comfortable. Driveway can be a challenge if you have a large SUV, but take advantage and park on Evans Street by the AT&T fence.Would recommend to any couple who need a place to stay while...

”This is a 20-min drive from Franklin, but worth the scenery and just perfect for my taste. Simple cozy yet elegant, with everything needed for a getaway. Privacy was unmatched. I was not there during the day, but evenings were quiet. Outside you can hear a hum of passing cars on Hwy96, but nothing heard from inside. Even occasional thump/thud muted from upstairs, there were zero sleep interruptions, and I truly felt like I had the whole place to myself. I will definitely book this place...
