”Die Pfalzklause ist ein süßes Fachwerkhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - von einer riesigen Buchauswahl, über Badartikel, Spielen und diversen Küchenutensilien, nichts hat gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - es gab jede Menge Tipps, was man in der Umgebung erleben kann. Unser Highlight war der Kaminofen, der uns nach dem Wandern wieder aufgewärmt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

We had a dinner in Grill-Restaurant, food was good, especially salad buffet was fresh and tasty, suitable for light meal. The Castle near was nice destination for a evening walk, there's also many marked walking roads starting from the castle. ”Beautiful building, but service was lacking all around. Check in was pretty awful and during the stay it was rather evident that the management is not on top of their game. At breakfast, things ran out, breakfast chef burned the eggs both mornings and also forgot one of our orders on both days. One needed to be vigilant to get coffee as staff was short. No one cleaned the tables while eating. Check out was the best experience, only time it felt that the hotel actually cared we were there. We...

”Hotel itself is nice. Nice big garden with Japanese style buildings and decoration. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent. You have everything you need and you can sit outside if the weather is nice. Rooms are the only problem in the hotel. There is no airconditioning and you can't leave the balcony door open as balconys are connected with other rooms. Rooms are small and especially bathroom is ridiculously small.”
