”The A/C was cold and kept the room comfortable. We did not ran the breakfast. ”

”The A/C was not working properly. Our room flooded and the front desk lady left and no one was around to help the guests. I had to wait over 2 hours to change rooms. The place smelled moldy and the hallway carpets were wet. By no means was I expecting a 5 star experience, but linens and towels weren’t available and those are basic items that should be in every room. Never again ”

”I got charged for towel that had a “stain” all my towels were left as found no stains were left on my part, air conditioning was leaking ”

”Ya van varias veces que me quedo aquí, pero en esta ocasión llevé a mi bebé y les pedí una cuna y solo me daban largas.. y cuando hicieron el cambio de personal , volví a pedirla… y el chico solo me dijo que no había ido a buscarla y se disculpó (no la busco) y total no me pudieron prestar una cuna…”

”Excelente trato del personal, solo hubiera estado un poco mejor si tomaran en cuenta sobre tener un poco más limpio el piso de las habitaciones asi como más ventilación para que salga el olor de encierro y humedad.”

”Complimentary breakfast was like a buffet of great food every morning. Their gym was bigger than normal hotel gyms and their pool area was equipped with a covered lounging area and BBQ pits. In the evening we would go downstairs to the bar they had which offered a great atmosphere. The staff all around was very polite and I highly recommend this place. ”

”The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.”

”I love the tru! My room is always perfect and parking is always easy! Breakfast always has something different, and always yummy! ”

”Booked a "SUITE" for 4 adults but they only provide 2 towels I guess it was cosider half for each person there was not even a welcome botle Water and the suite was NOT a suite it was just a room with double beds on my opinion too expensive for what it was.”

”There was a power outage due to weather conditions. As a result we had no refrigerator, no tv, no central air on our side of the hotel during our two night stay. We did have working lamps. I would like to thank the staff for being as accommodating as can be, despite the circumstances. We will be back. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate! ”
