Set on 132 private acres just outside of Philipsburg, this ranch-style cabin gives you space to truly settle in—big skies, open land, and the kind of quiet that’s hard to come by. It’s the perfect mix of rustic Montana feel and modern comfort, whether you’re here with family, friends, or just looking to unplug for a few days.

Inside, the home is spacious without feeling overwhelming. The great room is where everyone naturally gathers—wood-burning fireplace going, a game of pool, something on the TV, or just relaxing after a long day outside. Heated floors run throughout, which makes a big difference on those cooler Montana mornings.

The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, with everything you need to cook at home, plus a breakfast bar and wine fridge for slower mornings or evenings in. There’s also a loft space with extra beds that works great for kids or larger groups.

Sleeping is comfortable and simple:

Primary bedroom with a king bed
Two additional bedrooms with queen beds
Loft with two full beds and two twins

Outside is really what makes this place special. The wraparound deck gives you uninterrupted views in every direction—sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. There’s a grill for cooking outside, and plenty of space to relax and take it all in.

A quick note on the hot tub: it is seasonal and available approximately June through October only (weather dependent).

You’ll likely see wildlife, hear nothing but the wind, and actually feel like you’re away from it all—while still being about 15 minutes from downtown Philipsburg and a short drive to Georgetown Lake or Discovery Ski Area.

If you’re bringing a service animal, just keep them leashed at all times and reach out before booking so we can coordinate with the caretaker.
