”Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

”Place was ok. Whoever stayed in my room begot me but stickers on the end tables and housekeeping decided it looked good and left it I guess. There was also long black hair on my toilet seat and I have light ginger hair. I fixed the table issue and foreign hair before I left. ”

”Elevator in bad need of service, got stuck a couple of times, staff said work order in but awaiting part. Was there two weeks and not fixed as of my checkout date. Room door did not close properly and countertop cooktop not working due to bad wiring. Lobby staff said electrician was called, no one ever showed.”

”I really appreciate the Expedia who helped to booked my reservation but not satisfied with the hotel as they charged me extra as they couldn’t find my reservation in their system. They don’t know what they suppose to do . But really happy with Expedia on line service.”

”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”

”You should list yourself as a motel! Stop tricking people with pool photos when you do not have one! Get better window locks for your first floor guests! Was just a thumb twist clamp they expect you to use. Stay away unless you’re a trucker!”

”We were visiting Chicago area and location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ronald Reagan toll road. Some restaurants and Super Target were also very close to this hotel. Breakfast was also quite ok.”
