”Close to UIUC campus. The room was clean, but it did not match the picture. It felt like staying in a dorm with minimal amenities. I could hear the TV from the next room all night.”

”This property is not great. The room was clean but we got back to the hotel at 10pm…the door from the outside was open to anyone so there was no security to the rooms except the door locks to the individual rooms. ”

”Nice overnight stay at a hotel that is well maintained despite the surrounding outlet center being nearly completely shut down. It makes for an extra quiet stay but hope the other businesses recover. Very comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot breakfast bar though the juices were watered down”

”I had to go for my doctors appointment to Carl hospital with my grandmaa which is 10 mins from this Hotel and i choose to stay here . Very kind people they helped me with the area and very very clean rooms newly remodeled and gave me on first floor the office area was looking very luxurious. Again very very clean rooms. I’ll be back please keep that room for me that same clean room for me .obviously you’res all rooms are neat and clean but but I want my personal suite which 116 .”

”My room had several spots of hidden black mold that I found after waking up with severe congestion and a headache. Not healthy or safe and definitely gross. When I went to report this issue, no manager or other staff was available to speak to at the front desk. I had to speak with somebody on the cleaning crew and they had me email pictures to the location email, but no response was ever made and I had to check out online without resolution of this issue. It has been 3 days since my stay and I...

”I would love to have given 5 stars, my only complaint was the hot tub and pool. They were filthy - couldn't see in the hot tub the water was so dirty. The pool was WAY too chlorinated, you could see the chlorine on tip of the water and the bottom of pool had dirt or sand. The staff were exceptional snd friendly. We will definitely stay again. Nice room, amenities and convenient location.”
