Toilet overflowed had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night, the room I moved to front door area was very dirty and the door stuck and I almost broke the doorframe trying to get in and out.”

”Upon arrival, the man working at the desk ran my card and then cancelled it and the amount came back to my card. He then ran my card again and told me that it didn't go through, but it did. He tried to tell me that I needed to pay again. I saw the receipt he had on his counter that said it went through and I saw that it came out of my bank account. This took a while and my elderly mother was sitting in the car this whole time without air conditioning in 100° weather. In his defense, he did let...
