”Clean room, helpful and kind staff, comfortable stay, delicious food ”

”For some reason, my room has some sort of funk smell to it. Not sure if it’s as a result of the town’s air freshener that they used. Also, the towel the gave me the first day had some kind of smell as well. Apart from that, the rules were clean and they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels. The hotel is close to lots of activities. The staff were nice and operated 24/7 during my 4-day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

”Parking was easy but the drink machine didn’t work and my ac didn’t keep the room cool. My water temperature was good though ”

”This hotel is very bare bones. There are no amenities to speak of. We had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths, but no hand towels. No coffee pot was provided, and no coffee in the lobby. There was no table and chairs as I expected in an extended stay. Homeless people were in the parking lot. The Marta commuter train runs just behind the hotel and is quite loud. I won't stay here again.”

”Booked & paid but didn’t receive check in info. Called as instructed but owner said system was down and he would call me back. Travelled 6 hours, an hour away from property. but owner never called. I called him & he said he ment to call me because the space I paid for had been extended by the previous tenant and if I called Expedia he would issue my refund and honor my reservation at another one of their spaces. When Expedia called he said he just wanted to issue the refund leaving me with no...

”My daughter stayed here while i had surgery at Emory. She rode the shuttle back and forth hotel to hospital. Wonderful property with world class staff”

”During check-in, a staff member was engaged in conversation with their family. The shower facilities were cold. I requested towels, but the staff informed me that they would not be available until the morning. Despite this, towels were still unavailable.”

”Receiving bad info upon calling hotel prior to choosing the hotel. We went to the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival and selected this hotel due to phone conversation with hotel that supposedly checked to see if a shuttle ran from the hotel to the festival and that parking would be reduced to $15/day. Only to find on arrival no shuttle and parking was $25/day.”
