”We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. ”Our stay was overwhelmingly good. There is no ac but it was manageable with open windows (first week in August). You can walk to a section of beach easily (along the river just before it meets the ocean). The restaurant next door was yummy but the service was slow only because they were really busy and maybe not enough staff? But food was great. My only two issues were that we were awakened at 6am with beeping from the delivery trucks directly outside our window and that the “common areas”...
