”This place was awesome, romantic, clean and beautifully appointed! We stayed 10/25/25. We would definitely glamp there again. The site is along-side a cleared field and in a very peaceful farm country setting but set privately in the woods. Not far from Freeport and Bath, but away from everything. The hosts provided every amenity of you can think of! Electricity & water, games, screen house, sinks, grills, cooking utensils, coffee & cups, mini-fridge, wine opener & glasses, the list goes...

”Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17)”

”The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages.
