”We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

”We had 3 generations staying in the Friendly Cottage and all of us loved it. The grandkids loved climbing down the rocks to the little beach in front of the cottage and walking to nearby Cedar Beach to swim. My husband, son, and grandson really enjoyed playing golf at Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham. ”Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. Wendy was a very generous and gracious host and made sure our stay was special. We can't wait to visit again”

It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed.
