”The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. It was ideal for five days of visiting the temples, providing both comfort and escape from the heat. Congratulations to all hotel...

When I returned to my room and opened my toothbrush case in the bathroom, a cockroach came in through a gap. At that moment, I asked the hotel staff to change my room, but they refused. ”Excellent service and very friendly and attending staff. I was welcomed at the airport and taken to the hotel, which is nicely located close to the temples. It is just outside the city center, but the hotel offers tuktuk-ride (or car if available) to the centre in the evenings. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging guide and ride to the temples. Room was spacious and nice, with good wifi. Enjoyed also the breakfast.”

We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman.
