”The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. The pool was clean and lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange tours, pick ups or in room massages. Family Friendly too. ”

”Excellent service and very friendly and attending staff. I was welcomed at the airport and taken to the hotel, which is nicely located close to the temples. It is just outside the city center, but the hotel offers tuktuk-ride (or car if available) to the centre in the evenings. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging guide and ride to the temples. Room was spacious and nice, with good wifi. Enjoyed also the breakfast.”
