”Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting.”

”Kids and animals wandering through the dorm at all hours. Kids blaring music and playing with RC cars in the dorm without supervision. Only one shared bathroom on a different floor than the dorm. Don't take this wrong, it was a pleasant stay - but this is a review. I would stay here again for the price, but it's about as basic as it gets. No AC, but decent WiFi that allowed me to work. About 5 minutes from the city center by scooter. Very polite proprietor, but overall average or less than...

”Loved Angkor Heart Bungalow. Exceptional hotel manager who is so attentive and helpful. Organised all of our tours, delivered platters of fresh fruit as soon as you returned to the bungalow, breakfast set up on your deck at your requested time each morning, the Cambodian breakfast excellent! Great pool which all bungalows have direct access to, would highly recommend staying here”

The only feedback we have is that the road is off the main path, and may need to help install some lights to help with visibility at night, and the location to be visible for GRAB drivers for pick up / drop off. Would recommend to friends and family! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!”
