”To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in. Palace Gate Hotel & Resort by EHM

10/10 Loistava

"An oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh Palace Gate Hotel & Resort was an exceptional place to stay and truly deserves a 5-star rating. The service was excellent throughout our visit: professional, warm, and always attentive without being intrusive. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant architecture, peaceful gardens, and a lovely pool area that feels like a calm oasis right in the middle of the city. After busy day in Phnom Penh, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, close to major sights while still feeling quiet and secluded inside the resort. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a very high standard of comfort. Highly recommended."

8/10 Hyvä

"Hotel in a great location on Riverside. Soundproofing is not the best towards the corridor, there is a gap under the room door. Hard bed, breakfast buffet could be a little better."
