Cocoonr offers this charming 200 m² air-conditioned architect-designed house with sea and mountain views for rent in Pianottoli-Caldarello, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 14 guests. It has a lovely 46 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 3,200 m² garden. - Bedroom 6: queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom with bathtub

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A circular above-ground swimming pool, 4.5 m in diameter, open from mid-June to September (opening dates non-contractual). Access to the pool is secured by a padlock.

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
