”I was in line for over 40 minutes to check in. When I finally got a key, it was to a room that already had other people's luggage in it and slept in beds. There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections.
