”There was no WiFi. There wasn’t a coffee maker or cups. When checking out, the woman behind the glass said that the Health Department instructed them to remove cups and coffee makers and irons. I didn’t understand this. I could not get into the lobby: it was locked. I had to do everything through a teller-like window. This made me think that this was not a safe place. I expected much better from a Wyndham-sponsored hotel and was very disappointed. The beds were clean. The woman was nice.”

”Dirty, disgusting, nasty the place should be condemned. How dare Expedia have this on their list of places to stay!!!! I want a refund!!! Who lives like that!!! Bugs!! Rust ! Gum on the headboard chewed seriously!! Going to Yelp to the heavens!!! And what amenities $40 better get it back!! and no continental breakfast??? Who would eat there!!!”

”Staff at front desk was unfriendly and confrontational. Room and lobby smelled of smoke. No luggage carts available at check in or check out. Buffet was not open every day. Pool area was dirty and not well maintained. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of tables in the pool area.”
