”After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues.
I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...

”Breakfast selection was limited, but standard compared to most. Hot tub didn't work at first but maintenance came out and got it working within a reasonably amount of time”

”On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”
