”This was a great place. The staff was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place. What I don’t like is that Expedia owes me a refund of over $1000 since June 4 and have yet to get it. Very annoying.”

”The woman who checked us in was very nice and it was a very easy process. After that there was nothing much impressive about the place. It is the weirdest thing having a barn door as your door for the bathroom. In other words, it's never totally closed and there's no privacy in the bathroom. The kitchenette was formed in a way that you have to have a body that's angled to be able to use that little sink. They don't seem to think that decaf coffee is important enough to make alongside of the...

”The location was wonderful for the airport. The property was very clean and tidy. Our air conditioner unit was making a very loud sound whenever it ran, it seemed to get worse through the night and it was too warm out to tune it off Our wake up call worked well (for 3:30am wake up) but sleep was sparse because of the noise”

”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”We loved The Inn on Third. We had such a wonderful stay. The room was cute, super clean, very nice and kind staff, and the breakfast was perfect!  The location couldn't have been better. We can highly recommend this place, and we will back soon. Thank you for a great weekend!”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”The location was ideal but the hotel didn’t clean my room everyday and didn’t even refresh my towels. I had to go to the front desk to drop off dirty towels and request clean towels. I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. Front parking was difficult with and adjacent business employees sharing the parking area during the day.”

”Excellent staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of safe parking and closeness to the airport is a bonus. Note: the complimentary "airport shuttle" is actually not a typical minibus or van, but via Lyft or Uber.... very convenient, just call the front desk and they coordinate everything.”
