”The staff has a good customer service skills like Mona, Jennifer, & the other pilipino lady with glasses. They always got people cleaning, making sure the property is clean. When I use to order foods for delivery, they always call me & let me know that my orders arrived. Even if there were times there were spiders & WiFi isn't excellent, I like this property. There are cats around there which is ok because I love cats & it's by the water as well I just like the location because it's by the water...

”Lovely and clean and quiet rooms. It is only 7-8 min away from the airport, you don’t hear any noise or sound from the planes.
The staff at the front were lovely and so kind and sweet, both during the check in and check out.

”We stay here yearly if not multiple times a year with others. This time was different, it was not pleasant. Pool step was broken or missing bolt, pool light floated to top and was missing multiple screws. Actually a friend of ours staying found the screw to light before it floated. Pool also had slimy or algae spotsband hot tub smelled of sweat, not chlorine at all and also leaked down.
Not a pleasant experience nor Marriott quality.”

”I would not park and fly from this hotel again. I would have had to wait an hour for the return shuttle. They do not come every half hour. Took an uber for 22$ instead to get to my car . Overcharging on parking when I could get it for 11$ a day down the street at the Dylan. Not happy about that. I will stay at the Dylan next time I fly”

”No closet to hang clothes. Need instructions on how to use the tv. Had 2 remotes and no explanation as to what to do with them. Manage to turn it on but difficulty in finding a channel. Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. Truck parked in front of our unit that turned on and rev the big engine at 6am. Ok just to stay 1 or 2 nights but not longer. Some...
