”I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.”

”They no longer have a hot tub. And I was charged two dollars when I had paid my reservation in full prior to staying there. When I inquired, they said it was a housekeeping charge. That is just wrong and I will not stay there anymore, They did not disclose their hidden charge.”

”This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. ”The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The type of staff that loves what they do. We ended up in a bit of a scary situation with a tornado scare and had to evacuate the building. Staff was extremely supportive through it all.”

”Nobody was at the desk when we got there. Other customers were waiting to check in also. Was given a room that had door adjoining next room, whoever was in that room was extremely noisy. The hand held shower head did not work.”

”There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. When we checked in the staff seemed to be in need of a big cup of coffee. When we were trying to check out the man was on his cell phone. We thought it might be a business call until he ended it with a hearty "later dude." We waited over 4 minutes for him to finish his call. Not the end of the world, but it wasn't what we expected.
