I had reserved 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 were not cleaned properly toilet was dirty, nasty comforter, sheets, and mattress pad (I have had this happen at big chain hotels as well). ”Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.”

”Traveled late at night. Paid 500.00 on my credit card for 22nd December tru December 28. Spent 2 hours looking for pet friendly hotel. After traveling til 11:30 at night to get to my paid for room. I WAS TOLD NO CAT!. .the older woman running hotel was rude and told me to go elsware with my cat. I am a 59 year old single woman who spent my birthday..December 23 sleeing in my car at a truck stop in the middle of snowstorm.. not a very pleasurable experience. Would not recommend. False...

”Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. ”
