I did have a good stay but the condition of the facility was lacking. I noticed several things that we not kosher. The exercise room had laundry baskets full of laundry setting in there, the tv didn't work, things were just dirty in there. In the breakfast area, old food in the chair cushions. Bags of garbage setting in the hallway into the evening. I did notice my room was not as clean as it normally is, carpet. The second day I was there the electricity was out for a lot of the breakfast appliances. I felt sorry for the staff they could not get ahold of anyone to come and look at the electrical problem. I was just shocked at how much the hotel has gone downhill. I was told the manager is somewhere in TX starting up another hotel so she was not available. Someone needs to get some responsibility and get that place looking and working like it should.
May think before staying again. I've always enjoyed staying at the Baymont, it just works for me.
