”I had another excellent stay at K Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and feels very secure throughout. The service is outstanding, beginning with the comfortable airport transfer and continuing with the friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms are well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast is of a very high standard. This was my second visit, and K Hotel is now my first choice...

”i love it”

”I noticed a few things that need attention. 1. The carpet in the hallway leading to.my room a few stains. Maybe bleach. 2. The ceiling was wet at a few spots. Maybe leaks coming from the top. 3. The elevator takes a”

”They couldn’t find my reservation. The staff wasn’t that helpful at all. Until I haven’t received any refund for the reservation,”

”Clean, spacious room, ”

”Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.”

”Sanitation is definitely a concern. ”

”The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment.”

”Extremely disappointing stay — listing is highly inaccurate We spent 13 nights here for our honeymoon and were deeply disappointed. The property listing is very misleading: it claims there are six pools, but there is only one small pool (with no deck chairs or seating) and no garden area at all. The amenities were equally poor. The washer and dryer were broken, and we were only provided with one bath towel for two people—no hand towels or face cloths or even a dish towel were available. The...
