For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, plancha on the terrace, isothermal basket with crockery for picnics, beach umbrella... and lots of board games for getting together with family or friends.

The flat is ideally located in Pietrosella, in a very pleasant setting just 150 m from the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The tourist office is 10 minutes south of Porticcio, right next to the boat/shuttle that will take you quickly across the golf course to visit Ajaccio without the need for a car.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
Closed garage for motorbikes or cars available in the residence, at an additional cost (payment on site).
