Spacious house with enough room to spread out, which was nice. The three levels made it enjoyable for everyone.The good: the location was good; close to Pigeon Forge and the grocery store. Communication with the host was quick.The okay: There were two books on the coffee table with conflicting information, which was confusing. I was interested how to clean up at check out - one book said we had to do all the laundry and sweep the floors! the other book said nothing of the sort. We waited for our check out text from the host; we didn't have to clean! The windows in the living room space let the air blow in. The curtains moved due to the wind blowing through the windows. It was cold, so being able to keep the house at a reasonable temperature proved hard as nothing was sealed well. The front door was the same; you can see daylight through it. It was basically there for the feel of security - I would recommend getting that fixed. Downstairs stayed incredibly cold. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink was nonexistent and it never got warm to wash hands. The shower was burn your skin off hot and hard to find a comfortable temperature for our children. Parking is limited—be prepared for tight space. A few times we had to ask neighboring workers to move so we could get through, and they were courteous. Just want to give a clear picture of how tight it is.Good location!

The host was great! Always replied quickly and was very helpful. Amenities all work perfectly, and the hot tub is amazing! The location is very optimal it’s off the main road for pigeon forge and is close to literally everything!If you plan to be there for more than 2 days I recommend getting a few rolls of paper towels and some laundry detergent (we used a lot of towels between showering and the hot tub) but other than that there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!!

Plenty of room
9 of us stayed here and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were worried about parking since the information says 2-3 cars but we were able to park 4 cars easily. Easy check in and check out. We had a great weekend.

Great Location
The Chalet was clean and a wonderful location. The only issue we had was no water pressure on the main floor bathroom sink and no water pressure in the 3rd floor shower. The shower was to the point that it couldn't be used. Someone was sent out immediately to look at it but it still wasn't able to be used. Other than that we had a great time.

Amazing vacation
The house was absolutely beautiful. All of the rooms were clean and well stocked to start our week. For our family the setup was great with bedrooms on all floors. The owners were absolutely awesome and we are excited to stay with them again.

Wonderful and spacious!
Our two families had a wonderful time here. This place was very spacious for 8 people with huge rooms and multiple places to hang out. Beds were very comfy as well. Came with everything you need!
