Berliini Etelä - Mountain View Condos - Yksikkö 2103

  • Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee pohjakerroksen toisessa rakennuksessa, josta on upeat näkymät puistoon, kuten taustalla olevien vuorten kanssa.   Tämä rakennus lähellä uima-allasta, sisäuima-allas ja suurin osa kaikista mukavuuksista.  Nauti king-sängystä isossa isännässä näkymällä uuteen .25 / mailin kävelypolkuun, kerrossänkyjen sarjaan kaapissa olevaan deniin ja kuningatar-vuodesohva.  Tämä yksikkö nukkuu yhteensä 6 henkilöä.  Tämä yksikkö on sisustettu super söpöllä karhuteemalla.



    Yksi täydellinen kylpyhuone makuuhuoneessa.  Se on laatoitettu ja siinä on erillinen puutarhatyyny ja suihku, kaksi turhuutta.  Kylpyhuoneessa on hiustenkuivaaja.  Tärkeimmässä oleskelutilassa on puoli kylpyamme kerrossänkykaapin vieressä.



    Tässä yksikössä on pohjakerroksen sisäänkäynti upeaan puistoon, kuten vuoristoon taustalla.  Se on täydellinen lapsiperheille TAI perheille, jotka pitävät pohjakerroksen yksiköistä.  Kaikki yksiköt ovat täysin esteettömiä 3 jalkaovien kanssa. 



    Tavoitteenamme on tarjota kaunis paikka jäädä erittäin kilpailukykyiseen hintaan, koska haluamme paluukävijöitä.  Lomakeskus sijaitsee Plaza Drive -liikenteessä 0 ja 1 liikennevaloilla suoraan viihdealueella Country Tonightin takana.    Päätiellä on vaunu pysähtyy $ .50 ratsastaa koko Pigeon Forge.  Lomakeskus on noin 2 kilometrin päässä Dollywoodista, softball-kentistä ja The Islandista (mukaan lukien Margaritaville ja Paula Deanin).

    Lomakeskuksen kaikissa rakennuksissa on hissi.  Kaikki yksiköt ovat pyörätuolilla.  Kaikissa yksiköissä on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi / pakastin, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja liesi / uuni.  Keittiöissä on ruokia ja lasiesineitä, perusastioita ja pannualueita, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin ja kahvinkeitin.  Jos etsit fanikohtaisia ​​kohteita, kuten wok-, riisiheijastin, crock potin jne. ... saatat haluta tuoda sen, koska emme tarjoa näitä erikoistuotteita.   Meidän huoneet ja lomakeskus sisältävät ilmaisen WiFi-yhteyden kaikissa huoneissa, kaapelitelevision ja paikallisen palvelun puhelimessa.  Lakanat ja pyyhkeet löytyvät lomallesi.  Niitä ei kuitenkaan voida muuttaa.  Jokaisessa yksikössä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.  Haluat ehkä tuoda ylimääräisen pesuaineen, jos haluat pestä pyykkiä, koska tarjoamme vain yhden laatikon käyttöä.  Me tarjoamme silitysrauta ja -lauta yksikössä.  Jokaisella yksiköllä on ilmainen pysäköinti autoosi. 



    Lomakeskuksemme kuuluu yksi ulkouima-allas ja yksi sisäuima-allas.  Ulkouima-altaassa on sieni-vesiominaisuus ja matala kahluualue ja se lämmitetään loka-joulukuussa ja maalis-toukokuussa.  Sisäuima-allas on käyttökelpoinen ja lämmitys tarpeen mukaan vuoden mittaan.    Meillä on myös pallo, lentopallo, hevosenkengät, kaksi pelirakennetta, koripallokenttä, shuffleboard ja 17 hengen porealtaat.  On olemassa monia ulkosäilyttimiä sekä piknik-alueita.  Muista tarkistaa uusin viihtyisyys, neljäsosa kilometrin kävelyreitti meidän 5 hehtaarin vihreää tilaa.  Rakastat puistoa, kuten asetus ja lapsesi rakastavat tilaa vaeltaa.

    Muista, että lomakeskus on lemmikkieläinten vapaa ja huoneet ovat savuttomia

Beautiful property. The unit was as described. Indoor and outdoor pools were great to have in the heat although they were somewhat dirty. The playground was nice to have to amuse the kids.

Great Condo

This was a very nice condo on the first floor. booking was easy and everything was as stated in the listing.we found a few small maintenence issues and notified Traci (who was nice and very easy to deal with),and the maintenence men were knocking on our door within a couple hours and took care of them. the unit is well kept and clean and had everything we needed. we would definetly book this unit again. This is our second booking through Hazelrig enterprises and we've been happy with both.

Our experience

Needs work. Kitchen sink is loose from countertop. Sofa and loveseat have torn cushions. Sofa is particularly uncomfortable to sit on. Wiring from missing smoke detector in living room hangs loose. Rugs were turned up at corners (tripping hazard) Call to manager resulted in fix by maintenance promptly. Location is excellent

Great location

Great location, good size condo big enough for my family of 6. Bunk bed nook was a hit with the teens they loved it. Full kitchen with dishes and cooking pans nice big sectional with pull out bed . Only complaint was wifi issue would connect but not load anything online. and the condo could have been cleaned much better there was a few dirty dishes mixed in with clean and the bed side tables had sticky drink rings on them. Shower has a rusty thing on the wall that should be removed can scrape you. Overall a perfect spot to stay in pigeon forge. Quiet condo with heated indoor pool access which is alot of fun even in the cold. This place is in a very prime location and great price. Host was cery responsive. Would stay again :) definitely already recommended to my friends and family !

Condo for family.

Clean property, however will not return because mattresses are so uncomfortable - we did not get a good rest at all. People need to sleep comfortably after a long drive and activities, and this is the condo with very hard mattress in the bedroom and in kids bunks. Bed linens are limited and very cheap, not cotton. We ended up going to Marshalls and buying cotton linens and mattress pad, just to have a decent sleep. TV is making static noise when changing channels, remotes for fireplace do not have batteries in them to work, Bath tub is impossible to fill and enjoy since there is not enough hot water in the heater. Other than that it's ok. Plenty of parking, nice grounds, pool is ok.

I can't recommend this place until it goes through a deep clean. The floor throughout the house was sticky and dirty. I like to be able to walk barefoot in my house and doing so here left my foot black and dirty. I always had to wash my feet before going to bed. The floor throughout the condo needs a deep clean to lift the filth, not just mopped up and spread around.The entire space just felt cold and empty. It felt like there was an attempt to decorate the place but there is no cohesive theme to the place. It ultimately just looks old and tired. As soon as we walked in, I noticed that there was a hole in the door for the washer/dryer closet. I immediately messaged the host.Later in the night, I attempted to use the small cocktail table and nearly dropped my MacBook and phone as the table top came toppling down. The table top was no longer attached to its base and was simply just layed back on top the base. All of the screws were stripped out. We tried to use the hot tub our first night there and the hot water ran out before we could fill the tub to a usable capacity so we just decided no to use the tub during our our five-day stay.I like the location. It's right on the parkway and close to all of the major attractions. Of course with the six-lane parkway, it can be difficult to make a left turn leaving the Mountainview Condo complex so plan accordingly.

The place needs to be updated. The door to the bathroom had damage at the top, and the walls need to be repainted. Other than that, it was clean besides a few cob webs (which I know can happen) and the master bed is very comfy.

Family Trip

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had no hot water & washer wasn't working so first night we had to call for maintenance. Maintenance fixed water heater and said he would be back next day to fix washer. He didn't. So at 7 pm when we returned we had to call again. It was around 10 before he showed. We called in between just asking for more towels and were told they couldn't give us more towels. So I asked if we can't have towels and our washer doesn't work what are we to do? When maintenance did show up he had 3 towels. Maintenance came back next day to fix washer. We received a text it was working. So we came back to condo to start towels. Washer didn't work. Talk about frustrating! I called again. About an hour later received another text it was fixed. When we arrived this time it was fixed. Thank goodness! Overall condo was good and clean. Couch cushions were torn a little and area rugs were curled up on corners.

Great value

There were a few things I could point out as not perfect, but they weren’t BIG issues. Master Bed mattress was hard/firm (some may prefer it that way), fireplace didn’t work it came on once and shut itself back off in about 30 seconds and wouldn’t come back on. the top bunk mattress cover had orange spots on it like a drink had spilled and not washed. I loved that it was bottom level and had direct access within steps of the parking lot. It was close to all the area attractions. The heated indoor pool was awesome. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were SUPER clean. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Not clean, poor customer service

Great location! The unit was very dirty: Turd in the toilet, a toothbrush &tooth paste left from previous guest, pretty much set the tone! Oh, bring your own soap, a bar of soap in the bathrooms were not provided. Clothes left in the bunk beds and trash under the bunk beds, dingy towels , stains on the bedding, food stuck on the chairs, dirty walls and floors. The unit was not clean. I sent an email about all the issues and got “thanks for the info.” We were there just to sleep and are pretty easy going but I wouldn’t stay in this unit with this management company again. the couch stunk, a “clean” towel had glitter all over it. Basic cleaning wasn’t done, much less Covid standard cleaning. The unit is old and not well taken care of, Lights with no bulbs or the bulbs were out. I should have trusted the poor reviews. They are accurate. The rug that someone mentioned in a past review about being up and a tripping hazard , yep still an issue. The fridge and the condensation, yep still an issue. The unit needing paint, still an issue. It’s clear the management company isn’t invested in this unit and so the price is low but it’s not worth it. Lesson learned!

Great for a quick get-away

The size of this condo was perfect for our famy of 4. The location was nice and the only downfall is there is only one way in and out of the community so traffic backed up because there was no traffic light at the intersection. I would be happy renting from here again!

Service Terrible

When we got to the place the instructions on how to open the door where not clear and we waited for 2 hours to get someone to help us get inside. Place was dirty and one bathroom sink didnt work, water couldnt go down the drainage and when contacted the manager, they never responded till we when we left the next day. Mattress covers were dirty and carpets not vacuumed and Dining table dirty with bread crumbs on it. Not recommended to stay this place.

Unsanitary property

When we arrived at our location the room smelled like sewer and smoke and the floors hadn't been swept and there was dirty panties from the last customer laying in the laundry area so I called to report it and the guy who came arrived over 3 hours later. We tried to take showers and the water was barely warm so we had to call again to see what was going on to be told that since it had been awhile since it was rented that it would be cool for awhile but would get hotter. The reservation stated papertowels and 2 trash bags but I had to go purchase our own as the papertowels was 1 less than half roll and 1 trash bag. The reservation also stated check out was at 11 but we were told after arriving that we had to leave by 10 with no exceptions. There was trash and debris throughout the grounds. I did trake pictures of the inside issues.

Awesome!

My boyfriend and I decided to take a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge and we were very happy with our stay! Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy! The property was very clean, though it did have somewhat of a musty smell. It provided full kitchenware and essential toiletries. The location was perfect. It was right next to all the attractions but far enough from all the noise. I would absolutely recommend this place!

awesome location

have stayed in these units before, very good location to most anything in Pigeon Forge. Nice privacy and seem very secure. Would recommend these units to anyone

Great Location but Terrible Housekeeping

I read the reviews for this management team before booking and they seemed positive, but somehow this unit fell through the cracks. When we arrived the door wouldn't open but a quick call to the property mgr fixed it. Unfortunately, the interior looked like the cleaning staff had just left before finishing the job. The kitchen appliances had all been left with spills. Five of the six lights all needed new bulbs. The worst part was the bunk bed that had a fresh yellow pee stain on the mattress pad that had not been changed. I had to wash the sheets before we could even settle in. The property manager said she would have sent someone over to clean but it seemed easier for me to just do it myself and she offered us free tickets to an attraction for our inconvenience. I would just think that with Covid right now cleaning would be a top priority. On a positive note, the units are in a great location. Even though this unit was on the ground floor right next to the elevator we did not have an issue with excessive noise. There were families of all ages, with and without young children, running around using the amenities and the nice walking trails.

Disappointed

The shower had mold around the outside and the toilet had mold under the inner ring. The walls were dirty and the rug in the living area had a curled up corner that you tripped over every time you walk in. The room needed a lot of upkeep. The light in the living area was very dim and the two lamps did not have any kind of switch to turn them on. Will not stay again. Lisa R.

Valentine's Day weekend

My husband came down for a quick getaway for Valentine's Day. We have stayed at Mountain Valley several times and it is always clean and quiet. We love the condos.

Not what we expected

The place was very beat up & not as clean as it could be. There are spots on the walls/doors that could be cleaned and the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The biggest frustration for me was that I believe I got bedbugs from staying there. I had bites on my legs and my one arm.
