There’s free Wi-Fi, central heat and air, a washer and dryer, and self check-in via smart lock for a smooth arrival. Take your morning coffee or evening chat outdoors on the furnished seating area. Parking is available in the shared stone driveway right in front of the home.

• Stairs: This home spans three levels; stairs are required.

• Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to our mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the shared stone driveway directly in front of the property. Please only use the area designated for this home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.

• Entry: Self check-in via smart lock; arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
