How this property got a 4.7 star review is baffling! Got our notification to check in at 4:03pm. The cleaning crew was still there and said they needed 30 more minutes. We found food debris under the recliners, the area rug was dirty and curled up on one side and the floors were absolutely filthy! One of the 4 recliners in the living room had a broken back, not safe! Broken plastic blinds in multiple rooms. Tile floors were cracked everywhere in kitchen & bathrooms, with attempted repairs with epoxy or grout. You had to lay your toiletries in the shower floor because only 1 bathroom had a shower caddy in it. The kitchen is NOT well equipped! We had 2 6” skillets to feed 8 people and found an 8” skillet on day 5 and 3 bowls for mixing/serving food. Kitchen faucet only had a spray function for the entire 7 day stay, maintenance advised had to order a new faucet. Closets in two bedrooms were stuffed with Christmas decor so tenants couldn’t use the closet, another maintenance call. We DID NOT get to use the pool at all! The steps were slimy, the pool liner is pulled away from walls on both ends of the pool and the handrail was pulling out of the concrete, totally unsafe! Maintenance came and ran a hose through the window to add water. I was told by Property management “the people before you didn’t complain”. I guess if the people before me were paying 6,500 for my weeks stay I wouldn’t have complained either! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
