Great Experience

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. Everyone is still talking about our trip. Most definitely looking forward to staying at the same cabin in the near future. Accessible to everything! Great experience overall!

Heavenly Hideaway

Was a great cabin. My group was very pleased and they all comfortable and this cabin was accommodating. 6bed 5 bathrooms which was luxury for us. Every family had their own room with plenty of space. I would recommend this cabin to large groups. Thanks to eagle property Management they answered questions in a timely manner.

Great location…clean property !

While the location of the property was challenging to get to, it did not disappoint. Plenty of rooms/beds for 14 guests! Plenty of space, and pool table and hot tub were a wonderful bonus.

Was super close to everything!

The cabin is laid out nice. First floor has the living room, kitchen, one queen bedroom, one queen bunk bedroom and a shared bath. Upstairs is the king master suite. Down one level is three queen bedrooms with private baths. The bottom floor has the game room, washer and dryer, sink, fridge, bath, and private room with two sleeper sofas. One of them was broken so just put the mattress on the floor for the kids. They have TV's in every room except the room with the queen bunk beds. It is a long haul up three flights of stairs from the laundry room! Each floor had their own porch. The hot tub is on the main floor. We loved sitting on the front porch. This cabin is not far from the pool. We parked 6 vehicles here also. Everyone enjoyed this cabin very much! The kids were in the hot tub every day. Cabin was very clean and plenty of towels. The carpeting on the stairs could use a good deep cleaning or replaced but other than that, everything was in good shape. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We are out most of the time. We would rent this cabin again for sure!

Lots of room

Easy to get to and lots of room for the 9 plus dog. The pans in the kitchen need replaced, but other than that, the kitchen was well stocked. There are actually several sofa sleepers in this unit that are not listed in the description, should consider updating the info. We would consider staying again!

No Christmas Decorations

Excellent stay as always, my only complaint is that when I called to see if the cabin would be decorated for Christmas I was told yes it would be but it wasn’t :(. I understand it would be costly & time consuming to decorate all those cabins & not everyone celebrates Christmas, so maybe have a small fee your customer could pay to have their cabin decorated :). Otherwise excellent experience.

Family Gathering

Had a great time in Pigeon Forge with family. Very crowed and found the house a little shy on supplies. All in all had a wonderful trip. The mountains are beautiful!!

Perfect place for a big group!

Not only was the property beautiful and in a great location, it held a lot of people. And the different levels meant that it wasn’t noisy at all when the kids were in the basement playing games — the adults could be upstairs talking and not having to talk over the noise. We will definitely be back!

Nice getaway

We were overall happy with the property. Initially upon arrival, we did have to call about the rug in the living room. It had dried dog poop stuck to it. We called the office to see if we could roll the rug up and sit it out on the porch and they said we could and they picked up up. The movie room did not have the movie recliner chairs in it as pictures on the website. That was a bit of a bummer because it was what made us to decide on that cabin over another. Overall the property was nice and clean and met our needs.

Fun cabin with plenty of accommodations to keep a group busy.

Everything was great. The cabin itself was definitely on the cheaper end as there was some minor issues with water leaking from the third floor bathroom and tub onto the second floor, but nothing that wasn’t easily fixable. Everything else was great and the checkin/out process was very easy. It’s located very close to everything which is nice and although you do have neighbors, the houses are not too close for comfort.

Our entire family of 17 enjoyed a week at this cabin.

this cabin was perfect for our crew of 17 with enough space for all. The few issues we had in regards to trash and the dishwasher (which never got repaired), were small in comparison to the memories we made.

Big Family Getaway

We had a group of 13 people (5 kids) stay here for a family getaway. There are multiple levels to this cabin, with bedrooms on each level. There was plenty of room for us to all spread out, and it was nice to be able to separate the younger toddler from all the loud noise when it was time for bed. This cabin has a great location, close to anything you could want/need. It is not right in the middle is the hussel and bussel, but it is not really remote either since it is located on a street with several other cabins/neighbors. My only real complaint would be that the walls and floors are very thin and so you can hear EVERYTHING going on above and below you. But, that did not ruin our time one bit...we just had to make everyone go downstairs to the tv/game room after the baby went to bed. I would definitely recommend this cabin for a family with kids looking to explore the Pigeon Forge area.

Cleanliness

The cabin could've been cleaner. It had wall to wall carpeting and no vaccumm available. We tried calling to get one a few times. Then on Sunday at 10pm received a call to tell the could not accommodate our request. Dark green and red carpeting with 18 people = dirty carpet. Otherwise we had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren ❤️
