  • "Black Bear Cinema" # 4819 on tilava, kauniisti sisustettu 4 makuuhuoneen mökki, joka sijaitsee Pigeon Forgessa ja joka sisältää kaikki tarvitsemasi mukavuudet, kuten kotiteatterin, saunan ja WIFI: n.     Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen, 5 kylpyhytti, joka nukkuu 14, on 2 tasoa. Pääkerroksessa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on piknikpöytätyylisiä ruokia. Master-King-sviitti, jossa on taulutelevisio ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, jolla on suuri suihkukaappi. Ylimääräinen kuningatar makuuhuone ja kaksi kerrossänkyä, joissa on jaettu kylpyamme, jossa suuri suihkukaappi. Siellä on myös iso olohuone, jossa on korkeat katot, 2 sohvaa ja taulutelevisio. Pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsevat myös tällä tasolla. Päätasokannelta on rauhallinen, metsäinen näkymä ja rentouttava kylpytynnyri sekä patiohuonekalut.
    Alemmalta tasolta löydät suuren teatterin huoneen, jossa on lepotuolit ja suuri taulutelevisio, sääntelykokoinen biljardipöytä, pelihalli ja rentouttava sauna. Siellä on myös 2 king-makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, myös suihkukaappi.
    Metsässä sijaitseva "Black Bear Cinema" on täydellinen paikka viettää aikaa perheen, ystävien ja rakkaiden kanssa. Täydellinen paikka mistä tahansa vuodenajasta.

We had a great time during Christmas. This cabin was great for multi families to enjoy spending time together. It was in a great location. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do. The host/cabin rental people stayed in contact with us through our stay.

Spring break getaway

We needed a place to stay that allowed our pets and this was perfect. Way more space than we needed but it was a wonderful house and our family really enjoyed it. And the neighbor across the street was extremely pleasant and treated us like we lived in the neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing and a lot off fun!

So convenient

The cabin was very adequate. So much room with 3 King beds with private baths. 1 Queen bedroom and a bunk room. The cabin had a total of 5 baths. The dryer was not working so management sent a Brand NEW washer and dryer! These folks were very great to work with.

Cabin in mountians

Cabin is nice but very dated. Furniture very dated and used. Kitchen table was great for our family but kitchen could use updating as well as the bathrooms. We had a good time but in the past the places we have stayed were up to date on their decor. The leather couches look like they were used for many years. For the price should have been better updated. We have stayed at many cabins in the past and although your cabin is very large and our family had plenty room we were disappointed in the decor.

I would make one suggestion on the HVAC to consider for the location. Install dampers to split the system because even though the thermostats were on the same temperatures, the second floor was always 4-6 degrees colder.

Would definitely go back

Only issue was the cleaning service did NOT clean before we checked in. However, I contacted the main office and they immediately came out THEMSELVES to inspect and clean it. They handled it very professionally and would definitely recommend! Wasn’t a huge fan of the drive way steepness but that’s not their fault 😁

Christmas

This cabin had no Christmas decor which was fine but unexpected. Was generally clean but can definitely tell it hasnt had a good cleaning in awhile.. cob webs in corners, kitchen floor was dirty (daughter spilled something and paper towel was black after wiping up). Couches are very used and the coating comes off when sitting on them... Seats in arcade area are very worn.. Cabin was nice just older.. We were under impression from this app that it was by owner but is actually taken care of by a cabin company. Cabin was in a great location, easy access to Pigeon Forge, driveway is steep but large enough for multiple vehicles. Neighbors were friendly, plenty of cookware in the kitchen.

Beautiful cabin at a great price

We chose this cabin because of price and it met our need for # of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was as pictured online. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans that made cooking a big breakfast easy. (Absolutely loved the huge dining table) It was a little further off parkway than indicated but then we found a different route that was better than the GPS directions. (Go down to Huck Finn’s and turn on the road right before it) The kids loved the cinema room and pool table. My grandson got to play pool with his great grandmother!! Such precious memories. The cabin does need to upgrade washer and dryer ( the dryer quit while we were there which was very unhandy ) Over all it was a great experience and we will definitely rent again. Great customer service.

Pigeon Forge - Aunt Bugs

Lots of space in the home. The rooms were comfortable. Not as clean as I would have hoped (i.e, floor pretty dirty, trash under one of the beds, kitchen counters a little sticky/dirty, gum and sticky stuff in the cup holders of the theater chairs, etc). Great communication from the rental company prior to check in. I contacted them the day after we checked in to notify them of a few light bulbs needing replacement, an issue with being given the wrong router name and password for Wi-Fi, and not being able to get any sound out of the entertainment/theater area on any streaming service. They were so kind and receptive and came about 24 hrs later (sadly without notice) to fix a few issues. Overall, it was an okay experience. Nothing horrible. Not fantastic. Really good location to get to the main drag. The drive up the neighborhood and to get into the driveway can be a bit intimidating. But doable. Would stay here again all things considered.

Great cabin, needed just a touch of TLC

Positives: This cabin is in a great location close to town, washer/dryer is efficient, tidy, plenty of room, there are bedrooms to sleep 10 adults, and essentially a bathroom option for all bedrooms beside one *no bath tubs, all showers. The bedding and towels were good quality, similar to a hotel. Theatre seating, pool table (bring some pool cubes), arcade game, and sauna were great. Negatives: We had to clean the kitchen - food and crumbs along cabinets, under table. There were webs and spiders in the corners of the basement bedrooms and bathrooms (we knocked them down when we got there and they did not return during the week). Prepare to bring anything you need such as trashbags, dish scrubber, dish soap, dishwasher pellets, coffee filters, any cooking needs - including salt, pepper, etc. Light on dish options, prepare to buy paper products for a group over about 4-5 people, including coffee mugs. There is also a steep set of stairs to get down to 2 of the bedrooms and the entertainment *bring a baby gate for littles, we purchased one at Walmart in town. My husband got stung by a wasp, nest on the back porch located on the underneath of a chair - they have been made aware and are resolving with pest control. The driveway is not super easy access, especially going out. We only had an issue when the pavement was wet (in a minivan).

This cabin was great!

The property is actually a 5bdrm, minutes from the parkway in a great quiet location. Parking is a little intimidating at 1st glance but wasn’t a problem once we figured it out. More than enough parking for 4 cars, maybe more. The cabin itself is huge, perfect for a big family like ours and had everything we needed to get our vacation started. Would definitely stay here again!

I just want to point out And make it clear that it is not that the cabin is not at our level, the problem is that dirt, bacteria and viruses are not at anyone's level, especially in these times in which companies Like yours, should be extremely careful and responsible in cleaning and disinfecting them, remember that we are experiencing a pandemic, and all the dirt and organic matter that we found in this cabin, was already rotten and producing fungi and spores and We only hope that we have not contracted any illness due to this serious neglect, the construction quality of the cabin and its accessories and appliances, is another matter that can be dealt with, do not think that with your “cleaning fee” refund you are erasing all this that happened, you have to be more responsible and be careful with the health of people who are renting your’s cabins, just as you have with your own families, this situation is quite disappointing, and worse than believing that with a cleaning fee refund you are already washing your hands. We are not happy in any way, and the truth is I do not think we will rent anything with you again. what I am going to consider perhaps, is to inform people of what happened to us so that they can consider if that is what the potential tenants would accept for their families and their young children. and I deserve a return according to the problem.

Very Pretty

The cabin is very pretty. I think a party before us messed up some stuff and it didn't get completely fixed before our arrival but I reported the issue and they sent someone out immediately. For the price we paid it could use a little more TLC but over all it was great and we would rent it again.

Cabin Rental

Process was easy. We did the express Check in. I did call to get an address to use for driving directions since the address is not given until the cabin is ready to check in....we were driving from about 4 hours away. Was a very large and comfortable cabin.

Great cabin close to everything

Great place! The house was clean, very comfy beds, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We had teenagers and preschoolers in our party and everyone had a place to stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property! Group of friends gathered and enjoyed Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property was everything it was suppose to be. Great open kitchen, loved the theater set up dowmstairs. Would return!!

Pigeon Forge rental

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It wasn’t too far from the main parkway, close to all attractions and restaurants. If there is winter weather, you will have to plan accordingly with the steep, narrow road.

Lovely cabin!

My family and my sister's family came for a quick getaway. The cabin was clean and rustic. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday, played pool, and watched movies. The kitchen was well stocked and linens were just enough. The only issue with the cabin was a moldy leak in the upstairs main bathroom. When it rained a steady stream of water came through. Hopefully that is fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
